Deonta Vaughn and Jaquon Parker USF Post game presser
I don't watch a ton of these but this is halarious! Parker is going to be a media favorite for his 4 years here, and what a game last night for a freshman. We have a lot of improvement to be seen, but we're currently projected in the NCAA tourny, which is our ultimate goal. Hardest thing to do is win in the BE. Every game is a war, winning on the road is almost impossible, and there are no gimmies. CUSA days are long gone. Half the conference is ranked and every conference team save DePaul has a solid winning record. But, every game is also a must see b/c of the talent on the floor. Beat Loserville Sunday!

Cincinnati Business Achievement Awards

Ooops! Looks like a done deal so USC must be a stepping stone job. Funny how the media portrays certain coaches leaving in one light and other coaches leaving in another. BTW, I'm hearing sanctions coming down on USC, nothing like getting out of Dodge before the sherrif arrives.

Pretty big news coming out of USF. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=4807719. This affects UC for no other reason than I think Jim wasn't the right guy to take USF to the next level, and if they find that guy watch out. They have a big budget and are the second biggest school in FL behind the Gators. They have every resource to become a top team.

What Bias?
Hear that sound? It's the media's lips attached to Tebow's backside. I sat 50 yard line upperdeck in the front row right behind the suspended cameraman. Here are the pics I took. Regardless of the action, this prime camera spot did NOTHING but follow TT around, even when sitting on the sideline. All game. The taped pic of TT just adds to the romance.

On a personal note, I want to thank all of you that I ran into in New Orleans. The pep rally was one of the coolest things I've ever experienced.
I took one of team busses back to the hotel after the game and can't even describe what it was like to walk with the Bearcats through a roped-off line of thousands of cheering UC fans. I can only imagine how much that meant to the players and coaches.
