Bearcat Bowl Events
Bearcat Bowl VI begins at 4 p.m. Saturday at Nippert Stadium. It’s free and open to the public. Parking in all campus garages if $5.
The 90-minute game will feature four 12-minute quarters, regular clock stoppages in the first half, a running clock in the second half and a 10-minute halftime.’
OTHER EVENTS
A 2012 football student season ticket will be up for grabs in the UC student kicking contest. During the game, 2,500 lucky random fans will receive a complimentary mini football thrown into the stands by the cheerleaders. There will be an attendance contest to the top three UC fraternities and sororities that bring the largest group to support and cheer on the Bearcats. Prizes from this attendance contest will benefit the Make-A-Wish contest per the 2012 Greek Week campaign.
FREE YOUTH MINI-CAMP
The free youth mini-camp is for players up to eighth grade from 12:30-2 p.m. on the Bearcats home turf in historic Nippert Stadium. The clinic will be led by Head Coach Butch Jones, his staff and selected student-athletes. Registration for the mini-camp begins at 11:30 a.m. under the overhang in the north end zone at field level.
AUTOGRAPH SESSION
Following the mini-camp, football student-athletes will be on hand to sign autographs inside the Fan Fest from 2:15-2:45 p.m. on Sheakley Lawn.
THE DUNK TANK
The department of athletics has partnered with UC Fraternity and Sorority Life to make this event the kickoff to its 2012 Greek Week activities. The Bearcats and Greeks have selected the Make-A-Wish foundation to receive proceeds from some events and any donations collected on April 14. During the Bearcats Fan Zone, there will be a dunk tank for $1 per throw where the proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish. Participants in the dunk tank include UC student athletes, coaches, UC staff, former players and UC student government delegates.
BEARCATS FAN ZONE & FAN FEST
The Bearcats Fan Zone will be open from 1:30-3:30 p.m. on Sheakley Lawn, featuring activities for Bearcats fans young and old. The Victory Plaza Stage will feature live music throughout the event and football student-athletes will sign autographs for fans from 2:15-2:45 p.m. Other featured events include a dunk tank, inflatable games, cornhole, a Bearcats Kids Club coloring contest, face painting and an opportunity to meet Bearcat and the cheerleaders. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
SUPER SALE
UC will also hold a Bearcat Gear Super Sale, a public sale of new and vintage equipment, uniforms and apparel on the west concourse of Fifth Third Arena from 1:30-3:30 p.m.
PEP RALLY
There will be a pep rally from 3:15-3:30 p.m. on Sheakley Lawn performed by our Bearcat Band and cheerleaders with an opportunity to meet the Bearcat.

Game time is 4:00 p.m.
Weather permitting, Owen will be at the lot by noon and Scott Oyler will have his trailer. The Carleton's will be arriving close to game time.
I'll have my grill if you'd like to bring something to BBQ and a side, but if you let me know via the einvite or an email to armybear@gmail.com I plan on having dogs, condiments, and some picnic sides enough for anyone who responds.
Scott may have a keg and donations will be accepted. See you there!

Cronin said this week that he has received a few calls, but paid them no heed.
“It lasts five seconds,” Cronin said. “They call my agent. My agent calls me and I tell him to get me a lifetime deal at Cincinnati.”
