Student tickets will be sold out by lunch and our department is working hard to contact single game ticket buyers from this year to invite them back for Saturday’s game. With that said, you can help give us the best chance to sell out on Saturday afternoon. More importantly, we need to give 21 student-athletes the loud Nippert Stadium send-off they deserve. It’s amazing what this senior class has accomplished and their legacy will be remembered forever.
I started by sending it out to you because I know that this group can help me spread the word. To try and assist, I have drafted an e-mail for you to send out below. It has all the information you need if you would like to help me with a final grass roots effort to promote Saturday. Some of you may have already sent something like this. If you want, you can copy, paste, and send this out to neighbors, co-workers, clients, family, and friends. I’ve also attached our Fan Guide for potential new fans to read through. They will find parking information and everything they need to know regarding their game experience. You can tweak and be more aggressive with people if you want J
Here is the e-mail if you haven’t already tried something like this (Fan Guide Attached):
Friends of Cincinnati,
Your hometown Bearcats have a really important game on Saturday afternoon. Even if you aren’t a big UC Football fan or support another team, this Saturday is about having pride in the team that represents our city. It’s the last game of the season and all eyes nationally will be on Cincinnati. We need to send a statement to bowl committees and the college football world that we are here to stay. The best part? Tickets start at only $20.00!
The Top 5 Reasons why you should be in Nippert Stadium on Saturday afternoon:
1) Our hometown team is playing for its third Big East Championship in four years.
2) The early festivities and the pre-game $1.00 beverages in the new tailgate GRID. You can greet the team at the CATWALK starting around 9:40AM.
3) It’s the last home game of the season and will feature the Senior Day Recognition beginning at 11:25AM. There are many local players that will be honored!
4) The game is a 12:00PM KICKOFF and there is plenty of time to celebrate or get other things done after the win!
5) Fireworks, Skydivers, Cheerleaders, Band, and the loudest student section in the country. It’s the best entertainment value in Cincinnati.
Now that you’re obviously interested, you need to know how to order!

If you can go, we can talk about where to meet once we get to campus. If you can’t go, I’ll ask you to still consider passing this on to anyone else that may be interested in this huge game.
Thank you and Go Bearcats!
