In what I would call unsurprising news, Tony Pike to start Friday. I know there are a lot of different opinions on the subject, but in my humble opinion starters don't lose their job to injury. If you set that precedent, what goes thru the minds of your other starters? If I get hurt I'm benched? I think players start pulling back from trying to extend a play or not take some risks knowing if they go down they might not get back into the game.
